These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wyattrearden.com and your communications with Wyatt Rearden Group, LLC ("Wyatt Rearden Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website purpose

This website provides general information about operational consulting services and a way to contact us. Website content is informational only and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.

Consulting engagements

Contacting us or using this website does not create a client, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or other professional relationship. Any consulting engagement is subject to a separate written agreement that defines scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, and other applicable terms. If a signed engagement agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding consulting services, the engagement agreement controls.

Permitted use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Interfere with the website, its security, or another person's use of it.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or network resources.
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, overload, or disrupt the website.
• Submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or misleading material.
• Misrepresent your identity or authority when communicating with us.

Text messaging terms

By providing your telephone number and affirmatively consenting to text messages, you authorize Wyatt Rearden Group to send conversational, appointment, service, and follow-up messages to that number, including through automated technology where permitted. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and will notify us if the number changes.

Your use of text messaging is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The website and its text, graphics, branding, logos, layout, and other content are owned by Wyatt Rearden Group or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for your personal or internal business use. No other copying, modification, distribution, publication, or commercial use is permitted without our written consent.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including communication, scheduling, analytics, or hosting providers. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning these Terms or the website will be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
